I might be wrong Mike, but I seldom pay much attention to futures mkt, prefer to rely on spot mkt information, much more reliable. Of course IMM data is good indicator but remember it’s also seriously lagging, ard 10 days by my guess

Agree Danny in short term so I stay eurjpy short but think usdjpy will again be a good buy at some stage, maybe near 9000 again

But IMM report seems not paint the same senario, where net short YEN positions still at extreme level.

Looking at the price action, market sort of not expect any surprise from BOJ this week.

Looking at the recent development by BOJ to purchase JGB, i think this is some what not what market is expecting in terms of impacts.no figure was mentioned and this is pointing towards sell in JPY crosses.

Agree Dok, overall goes higher, so either collect smalls on biggish dips or be patient and wait for last exhaustive sell-off
