Its a good analysis, the options angle is especially informative. However, the writer makes the same error as many inexperienced market technicians viz. calling the H&S pattern before it is validated. The chart currently shows a ‘potential’ H&S which is infact far from the neckline. To validate the pattern the USDJPY has to fall below 92. If one goes short based on a potential H&S there is a high risk of a sharp reversal off the neckline, which is what happened on Friday.
