With the opening move from above 98.50 to below 98.20 would this be
counted as the first 5 minutes of INTERBANK trading @ 19.00 hrs GMT? 20.00 hrs London?
Are the volumes razor thin at the opening of the session as well in terms
of depth of market and ability to get filled?
