Both EURAUD weekly and GBPNZD 4 hour charts looks nice when you use also 55EMA and 233EMA together. Basicly 55EMA gives support for pullback to neckline and 233EMA would be the potential target. Most of the inverse H&S formations unfolded that way. Lets see how it would develop on these pairs.

AUD will have an interesting week. RBA meeting (i feel no cut), GDP, some releases on services sector and retail numbers …. Today has started out soft, but AUD is higher on the crosses except agst the GBP which is overstretched. I feel very good r/r to buy here with stop n reverse under 1.0140. I am expecting 1.0150 to hold and at least we see a pullback to 1.0230-60. gd luck

Morning Sean, I am quite bullish on EUR/AUD. While Australia data continues to be weak, the implied vols in European fixed income market have not gone up much after the Italy election, signaling that there isn’t much worry for a replay of last year’s Greek drama. Do you agree and what are the signficant technical levels one should watch out for in EUR/AUD?

like the idea of selling cable at 1.5070.if it breaks below 1.5, the near support is at 1.48 imho.

I had few short cable from 1.6335 till 1.5200 the fall was pretty quick. Went a small long @1.53 and another @1.52 where I booked my profits so I am Hopi g for a 500 pup rally get out and take my holiday for the year… 🙂 thanks for all your helpful thought you are one of the best people I read comments .

Cheers Ron, I don’t have a position either apart from a tiny EUR/GBP long. Not sure we see a rally anytime soon in the cable though, once it starts falling it just doesn’t seem to want to rally. Real money guys caught long UK assets and that’s also weighing on GBP. But you’re right, when it does turn there will be a sharp 500 pip rally.

Hi Sean.
Its not because I am long cable.
But I have a very suspicious feeling that cable will rally back to 1.55. Given the pattern its been for the last 2 month I see the 1.55 as a target.
Fund are all saying short. But I am almost sure middle eastern buyers will appear and investors will be looking for the next best rather than euro…. On top of that is the market is heavily short. So I suspect heavy SLS in the 1.5250 as the first target and so on …
