I believe the crosses are better suited to slightly longer-term trading whilst the big majors like EUR/USD, USD/JPY and cable are more suitable for short-term trades. So 50 pip s/l is very tight. Do you think a typical stop-loss limit of 50 is too little for these crosses to give the winners room to run? Thanks for your reply.. Yes made profit is good rather than small or big amount. So that I closed gbpusd at 1.4990. I am waiting for NFP.. If gbp go up 1.5020 before NFP I will short again. with very tight stop loss at 1.5040.

I honestly don’t think its worthwhile getting involved. But if you must, I can’t really see much topside for cable regardless of what happens in NFP whereas if USD starts roaring higher again then cable will suffer most. Just my opinion.
