All it takes a continuing selling of EUR/AUD with strong bid or even rally in EUR/USD. I doubt many people unticipating such move given all global issues, thus short covering could be dramatic. Thus I will pass on silly sell orders and rather wait for stabilization of this up move.

Risk aversion may return at any time so best leave silly sell orders in AUD/USD imho maybe 10550 even?? When all weak shorts get stopped out then can go lower? But also must say, very knowledgeable trader told me about 3 weeks ago to buy at 102 for move to 112 so who knows??

What buffles me: aud/cad is usually moves higher during risk on phases. Does it mean we are in risk on month? That would explain stubborn eur/usd and might signal possibility of rally next week pn news of fixed cyprus. I understand that AUD strength is more likely attributed to heavy EUR/AUD selling, but still…
