Sean: agree that timing is tough here. I have really small short here, will be adding on any 100-200 pip rally and will try to trade around, I doubt aud/usd will go above 1.06 on this push, though need to consider such possibilty. Will bail out if 1.07 is breached.
Jordan: thank you for chart, as with Aud, I am not confident on timing, so I am starting small. Will be adding on rallies. For hedging I will add GBP/uSD short later on, that should in theory cover possible drop in EUR. This is my plan for next 5 month or so.

Sean, I started to think that short AUD is making sense. So far strength in AUD/USD was related to massive weakness in JPY and EUR. I think this is not sustainable I will try to start building big short in AUD/USD. On the same note NZD/USD is even more interesting, because we are entering seasonality which favors NZD shorts ( NZD is usually weak after harvest are done and most agro products are sold, that is mar-sep) biggest risk for such plays is further steep declines in EUR or JPY, so small short there could offer nice protection. EUR/AUD most probably will be a screaming buy sometime later in a year.
